Application Process
Step 1 – Submit your application
- Review the job description and send resume and cover letter to the appropriate person
- Each application is reviewed and matched to the needs of our school
- We look for experience teaching in an urban setting, experience with students with disabilities, and knowledge of best practices in teaching reading
Step 2 – Virtual 1st-round interview
Step 3 – In-person 2nd-round interview and performance task
Step 4 – In-person 3rd-round collaborative task
